KILO BELOW is located on the basement of the 1000 Broadway Building. This venue is a classic downtown experience with an easy private access from the sidewalk stairwell located on the corner of 10th street and Broadway.
Opened in March of 2010, KILO BELOW is perfect for small receptions and private function occasions. Ceilings are 9 feet high with exposed brick walls and an incredible acid stained concrete floor complete with contemporary track lighting and ceiling fans with sectional couch seating and coffee tables. This space will remind you of a New York style jazz club.
KILO BELOW features an in house sound system designed to make your dance experience a night to remember. The venue is equipped with a combination of 30 inch high and low black bistro tables and over 20 barstools as well as three sixty inch rounds. Over 100 black padded folding chairs are also included with the venue. Contemporary spandex linens are included with the space giving the room an ultra sleek lounge appeal.
This floor is furnished with three 48 inch LCD televisions, and a built in bar. The space is PC integrated with the spectacular audio visual components allowing wonderful slideshows and power point presentations. The room is equipped with cable television, as well as 4,000 karaoke tunes and 38,000 music titles. You can plug in your own IPOD to our sound system to enjoy your own favorite playlists with our state of the art sound system. Each television doubles as either an XBOX or a Nintendo Wii entertainment station.
KILO BELOW will seat over 100 guests with occupancy of 150 guests.
KILO BELOW is available as the perfect wedding rehearsal location with all inclusive pricing featuring Jack Stack BBQ with open bar and bartenders included at the incredible starting price of $55 per person. This space is incredible for corporate holiday parties, high school reunions and dance parties as well as private birthday parties, bachelor or bachelorette parties. If you wish to rent the space without food service then KILO BELOW offers a 4 hour open bar for a minimum of 50 guests starting at $35 per person.
This floor may be rented in conjunction with our KLUB KILO floor. There is a stairwell that connects the KILO BELOW space to the KLUB KILO venue located directly above. This makes a perfect addition to a spectacular party. Many Brides rent out KILO BELOW for cocktail hours with dinner and dancing connecting up the stairwell to the KLUB KILO level. Use the spaces in any creative possibility that you can devise. For Bar and Bat Mitzvahs the kids utilize KILO BELOW as a separate dining and dance area while the adults socialize and eat at KLUB KILO.
